Property tax collection is now made easy by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC). You can now pay your property tax at any of the 21 branches and six extension counters of Cosmos Co-operative Bank.

This means that the citizens will not have to waste time standing in long queues. According to the Municipal Commisioner Nitin Kareer, PMC is the first municipal corporation to adopt the double audit system.
